As a valued member of our Buyer’s Club, we ask that you agree to the following:

🔁 Provide Timely Feedback

If a deal we send isn’t a fit, we ask that you provide prompt, honest feedback — whether it's due to price, location, condition, or timeline. Your input allows us to fine-tune our acquisitions to better serve you and others in our network.

🤝 Respect the Source

We work hard to source, underwrite, and secure deals. If you know someone in your network who may be interested, let us know and we’ll gladly work together.
However, if we discover that any of our deals are being marketed or daisy-chained without our knowledge or consent, your access to future opportunities will be revoked. Sending our deals to friends and colleagues is encouraged but posting on social media at different prices than ours is not.

🔐 Prioritized for Performance

We prioritize buyers who are responsive, respectful, and consistent. The more collaborative and communicative you are, the higher your visibility will be for first-look access and direct calls when a deal goes under contract.

By staying aligned on these simple principles, we can build a long-term relationship that creates more win-win outcomes for everyone.
